Designed for a wide range of applications, Hyper Cut is the most powerful granulator in the range and it is ideal for size reduction of waste pieces, sprues, and blown parts. Its performance exceeds expectations, even for the most demanding professionals in the injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding sectors. The Hyper Cut series comprises two models: the GR5060 and the GR5084, offering production capacities of up to 1,500 kg/h.

Thanks to the specific configuration of the rotor, Hyper Cut delivers double the cutting capacity of conventional grinders, while operating at 60% lower rotational speed. The result is a higher productivity, lower noise levels and completely dust-free output.
The 160° screen surface maximises screening efficiency without compromising output, offering the perfect blend of precision and throughput.
